Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy: We offer shipping through various trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, SpeeDee Delivery (limited Midwest states), and FedEx.

General Shipping Rates: All shipping carriers charge differently. We try to use the ground or the most inexpensive options by default, but we can ship expedited as well for in hand dates that may not make it to the destination before the hands in date needed. We charge what we are given for rates from each individual carrier and also charge a $3.00 handling charge per package unless otherwise specified. This is to help pay our employees to pack up the shipment and cover the extra costs of packaging materials, etc.

Rates are all across the board it could range from $6 or $7 for 4oz lightweight USPS packages to really anywhere up to a few hundred dollars depending on delivery speed requested. For instance a fairly common sized shipment of say up to 10 lbs or so shipped via ground would be around $20.00 or so, depending upon location.

Shipping rates are continuously so volatile that it is impossible to give rates untill everything is packed up and weighed.

Don't forget we do offer free shipping on most products with an order of $100 or more that are pre-paid by credit card on our website during shopping cart checkout.

Shipping of Display In Store Products (via Google Merchant Online Local Listings): All Products that are listed as "on display in store" are shipped just like any other product we ship. All shipping carriers charge differently. Return Policy: Due to the extreme personalization of all of our products we do not accept returns on any engraved or imprinted item. Unless otherwise noted or specified by our management staff. On occassion we may accept returns on blank ( non personalized item ) stock items but there will be a a 20% restocking fee.

The resason being is once something is engraved, imprinted, lasered, etc. there is no way to erase, re-coat or resell the item to any other individual or business entity.
