Due to the extreme personalization of all of our products we do not accept returns on any engraved or imprinted item. Unless otherwise noted or specified by our management staff. On occassion we may accept returns on blank ( non personalized item ) stock items but there will be a a 20% restocking fee.

The resason being is once something is engraved, imprinted, lasered, etc. there is no way to erase, re-coat or resell the item to any other individual or business entity.
