Our engraving charges vary depending on the process and material. Generally, we charge $0.20 to $0.50 per letter. Additional setup and minimum personalization charges apply for items brought in. For detailed pricing, please refer to our engraving rates on our website or contact us directly.

Yes, we can usually personalize items you bring in. While some materials like ceramic or stone may not be suitable, we offer various engraving and imprinting options for most items. It's best to bring the item in so we can assess it and discuss the best personalization options. Regularly personalized items include metal, stainless steel, knives, wind chimes, drinkware, wood, glass, and acrylic. Some processes require specially coated substrates that we provide. High-quality vector files are best for logos and engraved artwork, such as AI, EPS, or PDF files. We can often work with other formats too, but image quality matters. If you are not sure whether your file will work, send it over and we’ll take a look.

For many custom orders, yes. If your order requires new artwork setup or a pre-production proof, we’ll send it for review before we start. If you would like a proof please let us know as we do not always do proofs automatically for every order. It depends upon the job and if we have been doing it for years and use the same layout. Please check it carefully, and reply back to us as soon as possible. This is because final approval means we can move your order into production and get it done in time for your event or requested pick up date.
