There may be an artwork setup charge that needs to be charged for new client orders, new logos,etc.

New First Time Clients/Orders: Meaning you have never ordered anything from us with your logo or artwork and we need to do cleanup to make the logo engravable or imprintable.

Depending upon complexity the charge is as follows.

Engraving:
$10.00 for simple engraving conversion (if you send us a vector file, ai, cdr, pdf, svg, etc.)
$35.00 for advanced artwork cleanup (if you send us a bitmap file, jps, gif, psd, etc.)

Sublimation and Color Imprinting:
$15.00 for 1st time order/simple artwork setup.
$30.00 per hour, for the advanced artwork charge.
$40:00 per color, for advanced color marching
