In some cases, there may be extra artwork charges or setups, if more advanced artwork cleanup is needed for your specific order. If additional charges are required to make your product look it's best, we will contact you regarding your artwork and ask if you have it in a vector format (.ai) (.eps) (.cdr) (.pdf) (.svg) which works best for most personalization processes. Some processes can use high quality raster images (meaning larger DPI (.png) (.jpg) (.tif) files) The better the artwork the better the reproduction will be.

Not all programs export vectors or rasters the same way. Some programs put a bitmap in a file and call it a pdf (when it truly is not a vector format file).

Please make sure you select the correct personalization or color options and the price will adjust automatically on screen to the appropriate retail price.

Some products do have a blank option you can select (meaning the product is not personalized in any way).

Some products may incur extra charges for proof, setup, line changes from the manufacturer if it is not decorated in-house by us. This is more common in our Promotional Product Lines.
