Typical Engraving / Trophies / Awards

Standard​ ​Service:​ ​7 to 10​ ​​days​ ​on​ ​most​ ​items.​ Sometimes orders can be done sooner, it all depends upon our work load at the time and your order timeline requirements.

​Orders​ ​submitted​ ​after​ ​3:00​ ​PM​ ​CST (Central Time)​ ​will more than likely not​ ​be​ ​processed​ ​until​ ​the​ ​following​ ​business​ ​day.

Promotional Products:

Our​ ​partnership​s ​with​ ​the​ ​various Advertising Specialties/Promotional Product Manufacturers  allows​ ​us​ ​access​ ​to​ ​over​ 1,000's or suppliers and​ ​over​ 1 million ​unique​ ​products​ ​in​ ​addition​ ​to​ ​our​ ​other​ ​awards, personalization, signage and speciality vendors.​ ​Due​ ​to​ ​the​ ​wide variety​ ​of​ ​suppliers​ ​that​ ​Benton Trophy & Awards and Benton Promouse in this product line,​ ​giving​ ​an​ ​exact timeline​ ​is​ ​impossible per order.​ ​Generally​ ​speaking,​ ​promotional​ ​products​ ​require​ ​at​ ​least​ ​ten business​ ​days​ ​and​ ​could​ ​take​ ​as​ ​long​ ​as​ ​a​ ​month​ ​to​ ​acquire or more.​ ​Some​ ​products​ ​are​ ​available​ ​in a week ​or​ ​less,​ ​but​ ​these​ ​are​ ​very​ ​rare. Production time is active after final approval of artwork proof from the factory.

Cast Metal Signage/Plaques:

Our​ ​partnership​s ​with​ ​the​ our casting manufacturers/suppliers​ ​that​ ​Benton Trophy & Awards uses in this product line,​ ​giving​ ​an​ ​exact timeline​ ​is​ ​impossible per order.​ ​Generally​ ​speaking,​ ​cast plaques require a few weeks up to a month depending upon requirements of the order. Custom Hot Stamped or Sublimated Ribbons:

Our​ ​partnership​s ​with​ ​the​ our ribbon manufacturers/suppliers. ​Due​ ​to​ ​the​ ​wide variety​ ​of​ ​suppliers​ ​that​ ​Benton Trophy & Awards uses in this product line,​ ​giving​ ​an​ ​exact timeline​ ​is​ ​impossible per order.​ ​Generally​ ​speaking,​ ​custom ribbons require a few weeks up to a month depending upon requirements of the order and quantity or ribbons. Rush​ ​Service:​ ​Rush​ ​orders​ ​are​ ​subject​ ​to​ ​availability​ ​of​ ​materials,​ ​labor,​ ​and​ ​shop​ ​time.​ ​Rush service​ ​is​ ​not​ ​guaranteed, but we will make our best effort to accomodate your order.

​For​ ​all​ ​rush​ ​orders,​ ​they must​ ​be​ ​submitted​ ​and​ ​confirmed​ ​by​ Benton Trophy & Awards, Inc.​ including​ ​all​ ​artwork/designs​ ​and​ ​counts​ ​to​ ​be​ ​processed​ ​ASAP.

Rush​ ​Fee​ ​Schedule:

3 ​Day​ ​Rush:​ ​25%​ ​up-charge​ ​on​ ​all​ ​materials​ ​and​ ​labor​ ​or​ ​$20.00, whichever​ ​is​ ​greater.

2 ​Day​ ​Rush:​ ​50%​ ​up-charge​ ​on​ ​all​ ​materials​ ​and​ ​labor​ ​or​ ​$20.00, whichever​ ​is​ ​greater.

1 ​Day​ ​Rush:​ ​100%​ ​up-charge​ ​on​ ​all​ ​materials​ ​and​ ​labor​ ​or​ ​$20.00, whichever​ ​is​ ​greater.

Same-day​ ​service​ ​is​ ​generally not​ ​available​ ​in​ most circumstance, but may be able to accomoadate your order or engraving if our work load permits that particular day.

 

The​ ​customer​ ​will​ ​be​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​any​ ​additional​ ​inbound/outbound shipping​ ​costs​ ​incurred​ ​by​ ​Benton Trophy & Awards​ ​in​ ​order​ ​to​ ​meet the​ ​rush​ ​order​ ​timeline. Some​ ​products​ ​may​ ​not​ ​be​ ​available​ ​to​ ​meet​ ​a​ 4 or 5​ ​business​ ​day​ ​timeline.​ ​Please​ ​confirm with​ ​Benton Trophy & Awards​ ​to​ ​make​ ​sure​ ​your​ ​order​ ​is​ ​eligible​ ​for​ ​standard​ ​service.

Around​ ​95​ ​percent​ ​of​ ​the​ ​Engraving,​ ​Trophies,​ ​and​ ​Awards​ ​product​ ​line​ ​is​ ​available​ ​for​ ​a standard​ ​7 to 10 business​ ​day​ ​production.
