We offer Custom Heat Transfer Vinyl for our apparel production as well as an in-house option.

Similar to the typical Heat Transer Vinyl like you would cut on your home cricut, but we only offer from the most industry trusted brands. Not any of this cheap cricut, dollar store or random brand name brands that are always being talked about in our industry forums for not working well.

 

We only use the best trusted in the industry for stability, durability, and longest lasting adhesion from not only our own tests and but more importantly from supplier/manufacturer industry knowledge.

Gereneral Durability/Adhesion: Most Heat Transfer Vinyl is suggested for about 50 or slightly more washes before you will see any degrading. That said, it is suggested by all manufacturers, of any type of apparel imprint or decoration method you choose, to wash inside out, so the decoration is on the inside when washing and drying. Now honestly most of the general public does not always follow that rule. Obviously only you can have full  control over how you wash your clothes. So the better you take care of your clothes, the longer the decoration will last.
