  • All Double Walled Stainless, no matter the manufacturer, are not dishwasher safe. You must clean them by hand, and this includes taking the rubber seal/ring off of the lid and cleaning as well. If you don't clean the lid occasionally mold will grow on the seal and this could make you possibly ill. Again that does matter if it is a Polar Camel, or SubliCool from us or any other name brand. All double walled thermal tumblers/drinkware are made the same way and many are made in the same manufacturing facilities as the other brands.

  • Most products online include the basic setup and engraving or personalization in the price.

  • ​

  • In some cases, there may be extra artwork charges or setups, if more advanced artwork cleanup is needed for your specific order. If additional charges are required to make your product look it's best, we will contact you regarding your artwork and ask if you have it in a vector format (.ai) (.eps) (.cdr) (.pdf) (.svg) which works best for most personalization processes. Some processes can use high quality raster images (meaning larger DPI (.png) (.jpg) (.tif) files) The better the artwork the better the reproduction will be.

  • Not all programs export vectors or rasters the same way. Some programs put a bitmap in a file and call it a pdf (when it truly is not a vector format file).

  • ​

  • Please make sure you select the correct personalization or color options and the price will adjust automatically on screen to the appropriate retail price.

  • Some products do have a blank option you can select (meaning the product is not personalized in any way).

  • ​

  • Some products may incur extra charges for proof, setup, line changes from the manufacturer if it is not decorated in-house by us. This is more common in our Promotional Product Lines.
