maintaining
total
control
over
certain
aspects
of the
ordering
process.
Our site
utilizes
an online
order
form
somewhat
similar
to a
shopping
cart,
however
due to
the highly
personalized
nature
of our
business it is
not a
full
fledged
shopping
cart
feature
that
take
the credit
card
# and
process
as soon
as you
hit the
finish
button.
What does this mean to
you? We
have
been
in the
business
long
enough
to know
that
engraving
or imprinting
sometimes
changes
after
the job
is processed,
therefor
the pricing
may not
be the
same
as what was processed when the order was originally taken.
This is helpful in the event that if you add or subtract a
few
letters to your engraving order we do not have to run the
credit card multiple times to credit or refund a small portion
of the order. We generally do not charge the credit card
until everything is finalized and ready to ship out of our warehouse*.
*For orders of $500.00 or more
we require
half-down
payment
in advance
on the
order,
unless
otherwise
specified
or if
you have
open
account terms on file with
our company.
