Diamond Drag Engraving
Diamond Drag Engraving is the most common form of computer controlled engraving. Computerized plotter based technology drives a industrial strength diamond tipped tool to scratch through almost any surface with text and images. Cylindrical items and most curved surfaces can be engraved using this method. We use Diamond Drag Engraving for almost everything we sell.
Diamond Drag Photo Engraving
Photo Engraving works in the exact same way as Diamond Drag Engraving. The same computerized plotter based technology principal applies. As far as we know we actually invented this process. It is an interesting story. Learn more.

Rotary Burnish Engraving
Rotary Burnish Engraving works in a similar way to Diamond Drag Engraving. The same computerized plotter based technology principal applies. An industrial strength diamond tipped tool to rotate at rapid speeds through aluminum, brass and glass material with text and image. This gives the piece an almost laser engraved look. We use Rotary Burnish Engraving for all glass and crystal awards, as well as some brass & aluminum orders.
Rotary Engraving
Rotary Engraving works in a similar way to Diamond Drag Engraving. The same computerized  plotter based technology principal applies. A carbide industrial strength tipped tool to rotate at rapid speeds through almost any surface with text and image. This gives the piece a deeper cut within the material. We use Rotary Engraving for all plastic engraving, acrylic awards, etc.

QuikPlate
QuikPlate works in a similar way a label printer. The same computerized technology principal applies. An industrial strength trophy label system prints all text and or stock graphics on a mylar label with full adhesive. When the all printing is done it is simply applied to the trophy base, via the self-adhesive backing. This gives the piece an economical yet easy to read plate, for those on a strict budget.
Sublimation
Sublimation is a process which can best be described as similar to silk-screening or screen printing. Sublimation is a theory of science which includes a photo quality ink jet printer, special printer dye, special paper and a heat press. The item is taped to the reverse printed paper using heat tape. Then the item is placed in a heat press, which when pressed makes the dye turn from solid state into a gas state and back into a solid state without turning to a liquid.

The most common example of sublimation is that of dry ice, which is the common name of frozen CO2. When dry ice is exposed to the air it begins to sublimate, or change to vapor, before your very eyes. This happens to dry ice because at room temperature the frozen gas would rather be a gas than frozen solid.

We use a state of the art 6 color photo quality dye sublimation system for many products including (but not limited to) plaques, home decor, automotive decor, office decor, name badges and much more.
